Friedman has filed a class action lawsuit against T-Mobile, alleging multiple violations of the Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA), stemming from a complaint from a man that had been repeatedly contacted and harassed by T-Mobile even though he did NOT have a business relationship with them.
